Can you volunteer this Saturday morning? As trash piles up along our main corridors, our beautiful neighborhood perception gets affected. Since our county and city aren’t able to maintain it quite at the level our community has grown to expect, we’re taking it into our own hands. Can you join us? This is an all ages event and goes from 8a to 10a. The more volunteers we get, the more area we can cover and the faster we’ll be done. New this month, we’ll be dividing into two starting points, one in Upper Ladera and one in Lower Ladera. Please let us know if you can help this month so we can plan our teams accordingly. Reflective vests, gloves, tools, and trash bags will be provided.
What: A community clean up day (picking up litter, pulling weeds, painting) When: Saturday morning, 10/2/21 from 8a to 10a Where: We will have two starting points. If you’re in Upper Ladera, meet at Corning and Slauson. If you’re in Lower Ladera or Old Ladera, meet at the pedestrian bridge over La Cienega.
