Months after hanging their sign, Firehouse Subs in the Wateridge Center is finally open (as of 10:30a today). The franchise is owned by father-son duo, Gaurav and Rajpal Sandhu. This is their first Firehouse Subs franchise and the seventh Firehouse Subs in the Los Angeles area. Prior to this venture, Gaurav worked as an aerospace engineer for the US Department of Defense and SpaceX.
The concept of Firehouse Subs is hot, gourmet sandwiches piled high and served fresh. A portion of each sale goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation which provides lifesaving equipment to First Responders.
