Dear Ladera Heights Residents:



Do you live in Ladera Heights and wish to be considered for the Board of Directors? 


The 2026 Ladera Heights Civic Association's ("LHCA") application for Board candidates is available to complete now and due by November 9th at 8pm.  All members of the Ladera community are invited to apply, so please consider applying and making a difference in our community!  


Together, we can shape our neighborhood’s future, strengthen our bonds

and ensure Ladera Heights remains a wonderful place to call home!

  • Protect Property Values:  The LHCA Board supports maintaining property value preservation and growth.  Your involvement helps secure the long-term health of our neighborhood.

  • Stay Informed: Be in the loop about neighborhood developments and issues.  As a Board member, you will play a crucial role in gathering information and decision-making.

  • Time Commitment:  We understand this is a volunteer position, so meetings are held by zoom once a month.  Board members are also required to be involved and active in one of our various committees of your choice.

Eligibility Criteria to Vote for Candidates:

In order to apply or vote for candidates, you must have an active LHCA membership.   

If you are not currently a member, please consider joining the LHCA for only $25/year.
