Thank you so much for joining us in our efforts to equitably and appropriately address the proposed up-zoning to the Ladera Heights community by the City of Los Angeles. While we have a lot of work ahead of us and a short time to accomplish it, your willingness to assist will make the job so much easier.Â

We have formed subcommittees (with the 60 residents that responded to help) which will convene to discuss strategies and assign tasks.  Because we need to work quickly, the sub committees will meet weekly. It is our expectation that most work will be done outside of the committees and reported back to the group. It is crucial that we develop a consistent message that is communicated consistently and properly. Â
