ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

Preserving the
Legacy of Ladera Heights Since 1955

The Ladera Heights Civic Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the quality of life, advocating for our residents, and enhancing the beauty, safety, and value of our unique community.

About the Ladera Heights Civic Association

The Ladera Heights Civic Association was formed in 1955 and exists today to help keep a great quality of life for our residents. We host quarterly community meetings, frequent events, and help fund some of our neighborhood's most important programs. We would love for you to join our association to help us keep our tight-knit sense of community and forward progress as one of LA's premier communities.

Our community members pay annual dues for each calendar year. We are a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that funds many community programs and projects. In addition to keeping the community informed on the latest issues, we also provide funds to local programs for children, seniors, and animals.

The specific purpose of this Association is to serve as a civic association representing the owners and renters of those properties located in that portion of the
County and City of Los Angeles, California, within USPS Zip Code 90056, commonly known as Ladera Heights, and the Heights at Ladera in the City of
Inglewood, 90302; and to promote educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code and to maintain and
beautify the Ladera Heights community.

The general boundaries of the Ladera Heights Civic Association are as follows: All residences and business entities within USPS Zip Code 90056 and the Heights at Ladera.
