Reported by the Los Angeles Times as "an upscale enclave close to landings and sea,” Ladera Heights was initially developed in the late 1950’s and expanded with the building of custom homes in the 1960’s.

Ladera Heights is a community on the west side of Los Angeles centered near Slauson Avenue and La Cienega Boulevard.  Culver City lies to its west, the Baldwin Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles to its north, and the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles to its south and southwest.

The Ladera Heights Civic Association is a dedicated to promoting neighborliness, improving our quality of life and enhancing the property values for the residents of Ladera Heights. Help keep Ladera Heights great. Join the Ladera Heights Civic Association today!

2020 Elections for the Ladera Heights Civic Association Board of Directors

are looking for potential members to join the board for a two year term via the upcoming elections.
